ITM4 Gaskets
ITM4 gaskets have “excellent memory” meaning that even if the gasket is compressed for long periods of time, it will still resume its original shape when the door is open. This gasket memory is part of the reason for having such a good seal between the door and the door frame. Our gaskets are both UV and chemical resistant.
ITM4 Secondary Gasket
Produced from a highly engineered Thermoplastic Elastomer, the optional secondary gasket is used in demanding applications to prevent the HVAC system and ambient air from bypassing the “Non-Through-Metal” thermals breaks in the door assembly. It also gives you the option to comply with specifications requiring two independent gaskets at different planes within the door assembly.
The secondary gasket is a UV stable low hardness grade possessing exceptional tensile strength, superior compression set, chemical resistance and high temperature performance. The sealing surface has an ultra-thin coextruded layer of high-density Polyethylene possessing exceptional friction and abrasion performance for optimum durability and ease of opening and closing of the door.

Test Ports
ITM4 test ports make it easy and economical to provide an opening for test instruments and to measure static pressures and air velocities. The hole is sealed off with a screw cap and gasket.
Test ports are an optional accessory for our access doors.
ITM4 offers three test port options:

Guards & Deflectors
Door rain guards and sill deflectors are optional accessories for our access doors.
Rain guards and sill deflectors reduce the amount of rainwater exposure at the latch side and sill of the door respectively.

Shipping Clips
Shipping clips help to maintain the location and squareness of the door until the mounting frame is secured to the air handler unit wall. The shipping clips also temporarily keep the door panel closed during shipping and handling.
