Thermal Break Design

technology_thermalThe interior side of the door panel and mounting frames are separated from the exterior side with a polyurethane material. This creates a non-through metal assembly known as a thermal break door or wall panel. A thermal break design reduces the transfer of temperature through the door framework reducing condensation and the loss of energy and results in energy savings. 

 

Custom Build

technology_CustomSizeOur HVAC access doors, viewports, and plenum walls can be custom-built to meet your specifications. We can create a custom-sized solution for most HVAC applications. 

 

Polyurethane Foam

technology_foamThe HVAC access doors and plenum walls include industry-approved polyurethane foam insulation for a superior seal, thermal characteristics, and door rigidity to meet today's and tomorrow's stringent Indoor Air Quality applications.

Gaskets UL-component recognized

technology_gasketITM4 gaskets have “excellent memory.” This means that even if the gasket is compressed for long periods, it will still resume its original shape when the door is open. Gasket memory is important for a good seal between the door and the door frame.

ITM4 gaskets are both UV and chemical-resistant.
